Citation and commencement Relationship between the Board and other stakeholders

1. These regulations may be cited as "The Cotton Regulations, 2006" and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the ....... day of ............. 2006. 2. The Board shall be a unifying organ of various cotton industry stakeholders and shall, through various fora co-ordinate all stakeholders' activities.
